First Impressions
Hey Priya, first of all, sorry it took so long to get round to doing your review and the whole form incident. But hey, I’m here now actually doing reviews. Better late than never eh? First of all, I notice I’ve got a horizontal scroll bar on my screen…
Layout
As I’ve said about the horizontal scrollbar, if you intended on the layout being centered, try having a go at using containers, so the layout is in the same place on all resolutions. The layout header itself is nice, but some parts of the CSS don’t fit. Your underlined text and your links are way smaller than your normal text size. Make these bigger so they fit with the rest of your text. The navigation is abit squashed, more spacing between the words would look better. Also, when you hover over the navigation links, they turn a blinding blue colour which I can’t see used in any other parts of the layout. I think it’d be easier on the eyes if they were changed to the colour you’ve used for your bolded text.

You
Tutorials - for someone who states they have tutorials in their title bar, you don’t actually have that many. I know tutorials take a hell of alot of time to do, but I think you should add more before you state one of your site’s main focus is tutorials.
Brushes - I like these. I’m not sure if it’s my internet or not, but some of the previews don’t seem to be showing.
Stock Images - these are nice. Again, some of them wont load, and the second one leads to a broken link.
Textures - These are amazing! I’ll be sure to check back next time I’m in need of some.
Icons - I like the effects these have, especially the first and last.
Backgrounds - I love these, they’re funky! The second one on the last row isn’t loading.
Blends - Your blends are amazing, you have awesome graphic skills.

Skills & Overall Impression
Well this review was shorter than I thought and hoped it would be. I think your graphic skills are amazing, and the content you have up already is also amazing. I really didn’t expect to see this little content. I’m not sure whether your site is new or not, but there defiantly could be more resources here. Despite the few dead links and the lack of content, you have a great site, and I’ll definitely be checking back in future.
